  • EB1 India retrogressed 4 months from 06/01/2022 to 02/01/2022.
  • All other EB1 remain current.
• EB2:
  • EB2 China retrogressed one month from 07/08/2019 to 06/08/2019.
  • EB2 India retrogressed 1 year and 4 months from 05/01/2012 to 01/01/2011.
  • EB2 Mexico retrogressed 5 months from 12/01/2022 to 07/01/2022.
  • EB2 Philippines retrogressed 5 months from 12/01/2022 to 07/01/2022.
  • All other EB2 retrogressed 5 months from 12/01/2022 to 07/01/2022.
• EB3:
  • EB3 China moved forward 2 months from 09/01/2018 to 11/01/2018.
  • EB3 India retrogressed 1.5 months from 08/01/2012 to 06/15/2012.
  • All other EB3 remain current.
• EB5:

  • EB5 India (Unreserved C5, T5, I5, R5) retrogressed about 1 year and 6 months from 12/08/2019 to 06/01/2018.
  • All EB5 (Set Aside Rural – 20%) remain current.
