Department of State released the visa bulletin for June 2016. Below is a copy of the visa bulletin for the employment-based category and a summary of the changes.

• EB1 category remains current.
• China mainland EB2 retrogressed more than 2 years from 9/1/2012 to 1/1/2010. India EB2 retrogressed about 4 years from 11/22/2008 to 10/1/2004. All other EB2 category remains current.
• China mainland EB3 retrogressed more than 3 years from 8/15/2013 to 1/1/2010 (same as EB2 China). India EB3 moved forward about 3 weeks to 9/22/2004. Philippines EB3 moved forward over 3 months to 11/01/2008. All other EB3 category remains unchanged at February 15, 2016.
• China mainland EB5 moved forward one week to 2/15/2014. All other EB5 remains current
