Note: USCIS has designated the Final Action dates for employment-based adjustment of status applications and the Dates for Filing chart for family-sponsored adjustment of status applications within the U.S. for March 2025.

Below are some key changes for the employment-based preference categories this month:

Final Action dates for Employment-Sponsored Cases:

• EB1:
  • EB1 China remains at 11/08/2022.
  • EB1 India remains at 02/01/2022.
  • All other EB1 remains current.
• EB2:
  • EB2 China moves forward 16 days from 04/22/2020 to 05/08/2020.
  • EB2 India moves forward 1.5 months from 10/15/2012 to 12/01/2012.
  • EB2 Mexico moves forward 1.5 months from 04/01/2023 to 05/15/2023.
  • All other EB2 moves forward 1.5 months from 04/01/2023 to 05/15/2023.
• EB3:
  • EB3 China moves forward 1 month from 07/01/2020 to 08/01/2020.
  • EB3 India moves forward 1.5 months from 12/15/2012 to 02/01/2013.
  • All other EB3 remains at 12/01/2022.
• EB5:
  • EB5 China (Unreserved C5, T5, I5, R5) remains at 07/15/2016.
  • EB5 India remains at 01/01/2022.
  • All EB5 (Set Aside Rural – 20%) remain current.
  • All EB5 (Set Aside High Unemployment – 10%) remains current.
