USCIS selected more H-1B registrations for the 2021 H-1B cap (i.e., fiscal year 2022 cap) on July 28, 2021. Those who previously registered in March 2021 may have been selected in this second round of selections and may be eligible to file an H-1B petition during the second filing period. The July 2021 Selection of Reserve Registration will be opening its filing period from August 2, 2021, through November 3, 2021.
